One point of contact from first sketch to final delivery onsite — no repeating yourself, no gaps in between. It means real accountability and a relationship built on trust, not a project number.

About us
Founded in 2021 on creativity, a genuine human approach, reliability and professionalism, Flow brings integrity, passion and great communication to every project. We take the work seriously — and ourselves a lot less seriously. Real people, real craft, real results.
The same person at every step
Inspired by everywhere. Built like nowhere else.
We don’t do same old, and we don’t do beige corporate boxes. Our ideas are pulled from retail, art, hospitality and beyond — then paired with materials and lighting sourced from wherever the concept demands. Every stand, feature and pop-up genuinely stands out on the exhibition floor.
Impact, by design.
We design with impact in mind — the visual kind and the environmental kind. Every material choice and build decision is weighed against the mark it leaves, on the space and on the planet.
We listen first, then create
Every brief is unique — the show, the brand, the organiser, the objective. We start by understanding, not assuming. That considered approach shapes every project we undertake, from the first conversation onward.
The Team
The people who turn creative vision into extraordinary event experiences
Philip Baker
Director
Phil co-founded Flow alongside Rob in 2021, and with his 25+ years in exhibition design, the passion hasn’t dimmed. He brings focus, hard graft, and a genuine love of the craft to every project — and he’s never too senior to get his hands dirty onsite. Creative to the core, Phil is dedicated to getting the build right, not just the idea.
Rob Sutton
Director
Rob has 35+ years in the industry and still designs freehand, the skill he started with. Rob seeks design inspiration from a wide range of places — retail, art, texture — translating them into stand and feature design that makes a genuine impact. Driving the business forwards as Co-Founder alongside Phil, with humour and integrity, Rob can be found sketching, designing or in high vis onsite to ensure projects are delivered smoothly.
David Horne
Director
David has spent a career designing for exhibitions, and it shows in the details. He knows how to make a branded stand land — reading a space and using materials and lighting to turn a few square meters into an experience visitors remember.
Erica Gentle
Senior Creative Designer
Erica’s creativity and experience brings ideas together — and brings the humour that keeps a project human. Her eye for materials and sustainable choices shapes the creative from the first sketch, but she doesn’t stop at the drawing board: Erica sees every build through to the final fix onsite.
Joe Wiltshire
Creative Account Junior
Joe brings a 3D artist’s eye to Flow, sharpened by a BA in Games Art at Nottingham Trent University. He thinks in space and form before a design ever reaches a build sheet — spotting how a concept will actually read in three dimensions, not just on a page. Early in his career and already asking sharper questions than his job title suggests.
Larisa Lungu
Creative Account Junior
Larisa joined Flow straight from Birmingham City University, with a BA in Interior Architecture and Design and an MA in Design and Visualisation already under her belt. She brings an architect’s eye for how a space should feel, paired with the visualisation skills to share the vision before a single panel is touched. A recent graduate with the kind of grounding most people spend years building toward.
Vinnie
Office Hound
Driven by raw passion for chew sticks, soft toys and walkies, Vinnie brings his own kind of energy to the team!
