At Flow we work closely with event and exhibition organisers to design and build engaging feature and space-only installations. Our approach is shaped by the DNA of our industry meaning we take a personal, hands-on approach to your event.
From the very beginning of the project to handover onsite, you will experience an end to end service, so you’ll only ever deal with the same person, be that Phil, Rob, David, Erica or Laura. That means you get to work with an experienced designer that understands your event, your goals and budget, at all times.

We're a team of creatives with exceptional project management skills and a collective 60 years of experience delivering outstanding projects in the exhibitions & Events industry. We love what we do; working with amazing clients, pushing creative boundaries, delivering great work and having a laugh while doing it.

We work with Exhibitors directly to create stand that showcase their brand, create a real impact on the show floor and facilitate meetings and new business. We partner with our clients to listen to their aspirations, objectives and budgets and collaborate to produce something that exceeds their expectations. We understand how critical it is to stand out from the crowd and capture the attention of visitors to maximise your return on investment from your participation. We work with you at every step of the way to support you to do that.
We also have excellent relationships with organisers of exhibitions, and hands-on knowledge of delivering at hundreds of shows across the UK and Europe. We can advise and facilitate many areas of exhibition logistics. You will always work with one person in the Flow team for ease of communication and continuity throughout your project.

With a combined 60+ years of experience of working in the Exhibitions world in our team, we understand how vital delivering impactful visitor feature areas with a high quality of build and seamless installation and handover.
We work collaboratively with our Organiser Clients to understand their brief; their vision of the show overall, the show creative, visitor profile and business sector, and combine all of this to develop truly creative and innovative ideas. Features are more than just a 'pit stop'; they can shape and influence a visitors show experience and designing something that is not only beautiful but also enhances their experience is vital.
We work in partnership with organisers to help them achieve their objectives, deliver true creativity and work with their budgets. Our commitment to sustainability is also a crucial consideration in the design and build process. We recycle, reuse and repurpose materials, which can be seen in many of our recent projects. We also understand what our clients need for a stress-free, seamless delivery onsite and our commitment to customer service and communications throughout the process gives our clients peace of mind.
