2. Using these terms
By using the Site, you accept these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you use the Site applies.
3. Using the Site
The Site is free to use and is intended for businesses and event organisers interested in our exhibition design and build services. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site without notice. We don’t guarantee the Site will always be available or free from errors.
You must not:
- use the Site for anything unlawful or fraudulent
- try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its server or any connected system
- introduce viruses or other harmful material
- copy, scrape or reuse Site content except as allowed in section 4
4. Intellectual property
We own, or are licensed to use, all content on the Site — including text, designs, photography, video, logos and the Flow name. Project images may also show brands and trademarks belonging to our clients; these remain the property of their owners.
You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce, edit or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
5. Information on the Site
Content on the Site is for general information only. Images show past projects and are illustrative; they are not an offer to supply any specific design, material or price. Any project we carry out is governed by a separate written quote and agreement.
6. Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry through the Site doesn’t create a contract. We’ll respond to enquiries as soon as we reasonably can.
7. Links to other sites
The Site may link to other websites, such as social media or event organisers’ sites. We have no control over those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or how they use your information.
8. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site, or from reliance on its content — including loss of profit, revenue, business, data or goodwill.
9. Privacy
We use personal information in line with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
